Artemisia College of Art and Design has an overall good placement record. It offers job and internship opportunities to students in highly competitive sectors. Students at ACAD can also do part-time jobs in their second year of study. Candidates are recruited for high-paying jobs in domestic and international firms in sectors such as Animation, VFX, Gaming, etc.
Artemisia College of Art and Design provides special scholarships to international candidates based on financial need and merit of the applicant. One candidate can get two scholarships at a time based on eligibility. The scholarships offered are Scholarships for Citizens of African Countries and Merit Scholarships.
Scholarships for citizens of African countries: All candidates from African nations taking admission at ACAD are eligible for this scholarship. The eligible candidates will get an amount of US$ 500 – US$ 1000 (approx. INR 43,000- INR 86,500) per year.
Merit Scholarships: Two types of merit scholarships are available, one based on Class 12 marks and one based on the creativity of students.
Based on High School Score: Students will get a scholarship if their Class 12 marks are above 75%.
Based on Creativity: Foreign candidates who have done creative work related to Design, Painting, Photography, Illustration, etc., in their portfolios will be eligible for this scholarship.
*Note: Candidates belonging to the neighbouring nations, such as Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Bhutan, and candidates who are NRI, PIO & OCI can not avail the scholarships as their fee is already reduced.
ACAD helps the students in building a strong portfolio and prepares them for high-paying jobs. It has tie-ups with top recruiting firms such as Reliance, Technicolor, Rockstar Games, Electronic Arts, and Zynga. From the second year onwards, candidates are eligible for paid internships and freelancing at ACAD studios, where they learn under the guidance of industry professionals.
Students from Animation and Game Design often get placed in studios that make games and animated content. Fashion and Interior Design students work on real-world projects and sometimes get hired by design firms or start their own businesses.
