Admission to all the courses at ACAD is either done through the ACAD Entrance Test or based on the evaluation of the work portfolio (Design), followed by an interview round. Candidates are required to pay INR 1,000 as an application fee.
Early Admission (Portfolio-based): Candidates applying under the early admission category will be exempted from an online interview. It will be offered to the first 20 available seats who applied before 31 January 2025.
Students applying after 31 January 2025 will need to present a creative portfolio and will be required to appear for a personal interview.
ACAD Entrance Test: Students who do not have portfolios will be required to appear in an entrance test, which will measure a student's general aptitude, creative attitude and reasoning skills. Classes are expected to commence in the mid of July 2025.

Artemisia College of Art and Design Eligibility Criteria
To get admission at ACAD, a candidate is required to satisfy the basic eligibility criteria, have a valid ACAD entrance test score, and a presentable portfolio, along with the required academic score.
For UG courses: Students must have passed Class 12 in the relevant subject and either have an ACADET score or a presentable portfolio in Art, Design or any related field.
Certificate and Diploma: Students who want to pursue a Certificate or Diploma course in VFX, Gaming, Interior Design, etc., are required to have completed Class 12.
For foreign students: Students must have completed their 12 years of education, equivalent to Class 12.
Note: There is no requirement for a minimum percentage for any course.

ACAD has BFA and BDes as their UG level courses in Painting, Sculpture, VFX, Visual Arts, Interior Design, Fashion Design, Animation, Game Design, etc. The admission fee for the UG course is INR 1,000, and the tuition fee is between INR 40,000 and INR 1,45,000 per annum. Admission to UG courses is based on performance in the ACAD Entrance Test, presentation of the Design portfolio, and performance in the interview round.

Students will be accepted based on marks received in the entrance test or through a presentable portfolio, followed by an interview. Candidates will be required to pay INR 60,000 to INR 1,45,000 per annum as the tuition fee.

ACAD has various courses to provide at the Diploma level in Interior Design, Fashion Design, Painting, Animation, etc. The Diploma course is usually of 2 years duration, and to complete this course, a candidate must fulfil the basic requirements, which include passing Class 12. Applicants who want to pursue Diploma courses are exempted from appearing for the ACAD entrance Test. The annual tuition fees for Diploma courses can range from INR 40,000 to INR 1,37,000, depending on the preferred discipline.
