The training and placement cell of the University handles all aspects of placements for students of all departments. It starts from contacting & inviting companies for the placement drive to arranging for tests, pre-placement talks, and conducting final interviews. They also organise workshops for enhancing communication skills, group discussions, and more. Below is a brief description of the placement process of this University.
Inviting Companies for Placement
The University begins the placement drive by inviting companies to its campus. Companies have the option to accept or reject the invitation. If they accept the invitation, the Placement cell will help organise pre-placement talks on the campus.
Organising Pre-Placement Talks
The University organises pre-placement talks in which companies describe their work culture and the job vacancies they currently have. Interested students can contact the placement cell and appear for selection tests organised by these companies.
Appearing for the Selection Tests
Candidates can appear for the different selection tests, like the Technical round, the written tests, and the HR round, to get selected for a job in their preferred company.
The Final Merit List is Created
After the selection process is over, the companies will provide a list of students who are selected, along with offer letters. Students can either accept or decline the offer letter. If the students accept the offer letter, the University will help them with the onboarding process.
