All India Institute of Medical Sciences Jodhpur provides medical education and hands-on clinical training through its multi-speciality hospital. While the college focuses on MBBS, MD/MS, PG and PhD programs, students gain practical experience through mandatory internships and residency programs within the AIIMS jodhpur system.

The college does not have a formal campus placement system, but graduates secure positions in government hospitals, well known private healthcare facilities, and research institutions. Many students also pursue higher studies pg programs like MD, MS, and superspeciality programs like DM, MCh within the institute or in other prominent Institute. AIIMS jodhpur graduates also prepare for government medical officer roles.
