All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Jodhpur is one of the most reputable medical institutions in Rajasthan. AIIMS Jodhpur was established in 2012 and is located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. AIIMS Jodhpur admission to its medical and nursing program is open for the academic year 2025. All India Institute of Medical Sciences Jodhpur offers various Undergraduate, Postgraduate and PhD programs with specific eligibility criteria for the 2025-6 admission session. The eligibility criteria for admission vary for each course.
To get admission into the flagship MBBS program (The MBBS course comprises four and a half years, followed by compulsory rotatory internship of one year), candidates must have passed their 12th class with physics, chemistry, biology, english as their main subjects from any recognized board. Candidates must also have a valid NEET UG exam scorecard with required cutoff with the following counseling process. For Admission to the BSc program, candidates must have a minimum of 50% marks in Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as their main subjects or equivalent examination from a recognised board. Candidates should have cleared AIIMS B.Sc. Nursing Entrance Exam with required cut off.
For PG courses such as MD/MDS and MS, candidates must have passed MBBS degree with 55% Marks from a university recognised by the Medical Council of India and should have completed the internship along with the valid scores of INI CET. While for the admission to M.Sc/DM and M.Ch, candidates must have passed MD/MS or a relevant bachelor’s degree with 55% Marks recognised by the Medical Council of India and should have completed the internship along with the valid scores of INI SS.
For PhD courses, candidates must have an MBBS/MDS/Master of Physiotherapy degree with minimum 55% aggregate marks or MD/MS in the subject concerned or Diplomat of National Board of Examination. The candidates who have passed M.Sc/MA/Masters in Engineering /Master of Physiotherapy or its equivalent examination with at least 60 % marks in the subjects mentioned below: from the colleges/institutes recognized by the UGC are eligible. For PhD (Nursing): A degree of Master of Science in Bio-Medical Sciences or Laboratory Medicine or M.Sc. Nursing with at least 60% marks. The duration of the courses minimum of three years. However, the maximum period of registration shall not exceed five years.
