On 15 December 2025, Jaipur became a hub of innovation and ideas. Jaipur hosted a major national hackathon that showed how Rajasthan is growing as an innovation driven state. The Rajasthan DigiFest × TiE Global Hackathon was held at Vivekananda Global University. The event was part of Rajasthan DigiFest 2025 and was connected to the 10th TiE Global Summit.
Rajasthan's Chief Minister, Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma, is leading this initiative. He believes in building a state where young people can innovate and grow. His goal is to make Rajasthan a place that supports startups and new ideas for the future. The hackathon offered strong growth support to winners. Winners will receive prize money and booth space at the TiE Global Summit 2026. They will also get access to investors, grants, and expert mentorship to help scale their ideas.
A large number of people from all over India participated in this event. More than 700 innovators joined the challenge. Over 250 teams participated from 54 cities. These teams came from 12 States and Union Territories. Many participants were from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. The hackathon was one of the biggest innovation events seen in this part of the country. It showed that Rajasthan is quickly becoming an important name in India's startup and innovation space.
Teams were given seven real life problems to work on. These problems were chosen with the help of government departments. The topics covered areas like Digital Agriculture & Farmer Support Ecosystems, Smart Health Records & Emergency Response Management, Smart Road Infrastructure, Smart Surveillance & Public Safety, Tourism Intelligence & Footfall Analytics, Unified Civic Grievance Redressal and Water Governance & Smart Utilities. Participants used tools like AI, data analytics, IoT, and digital platforms to come up with smart solutions.
A group of judges carefully looked at all the projects. These judges were experienced people from the government, top industries and famous universities. After carefully reviewing all the ideas, they selected the top-performing teams. Here are the winners and runners up.
The hackathon was powered by Reskill and hosted at Vivekananda Global University as the venue partner. It also received strong support from the Department of Information Technology & Communication, Government of Rajasthan.
With guidance from mentors and jury members from the TiE and Rajasthan DigiFest ecosystem, participants worked together to build useful solutions for real-life problems. The initiative supported young innovators and strengthened Rajasthan’s goal of becoming a national center for youth-driven innovation and digital growth.
