TG EAPCET, previously known as TS EAMCET, is the Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture & Medical Common Entrance Test. This is a state-level entrance exam conducted by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTUH) on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). The TG EAPCET application window began on 1st March 2025 and ended on 4th April 2025.
Once the application window was over, the officials opened the correction window from 6th April to 8th April 2025. The admit card for the TG EAPCET was released on 19th April 2025, and the exam dates for the Agriculture & Pharmacy stream were from 29th to 30th April 2025. Whereas the TG EAPCET exam dates for the Engineering stream were from the 2nd to the 4th of May 2025. The application fee for the TG EAPCET engineering stream was INR 900 (INR 500 for SC/ST/PH candidates).
The application fee for general candidates applying for the agriculture stream was INR 900 (INR 500 for SC/ST/PH candidates). Whereas the application fee for general category candidates applying for both Engineering and agriculture was INR 1800 (1000 for SC/ST/PH candidates).
Candidates applying for the exam should be Indian citizens and must be residents of Telangana & Andhra Pradesh. They also should have completed class 12th with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry/Biology as optional subjects.
Diploma holders from the State Board of Technical Education & Training, Telangana/Andhra Pradesh, are also eligible to apply for the TG EAPCET exam. Furthermore, candidates must secure at least 45% marks (40% for reserved categories) in the qualifying exam.
The TG EAPCET exam is a computer-based (online) exam, with a total of 160 multiple-choice questions. Additionally, the exam duration is 3 hours with no negative markings. It has sections such as Maths, having 80 questions, and 40 each in Physics and Chemistry. Candidates need to score at least 25% of the total marks (40 out of 160) for ranking purposes.

TG EAPCET Exam 2025 Dates
Below is a list of criteria that candidates must meet before applying and appearing for the TG EAPCET exam:
Candidates must be Indian citizens.

TG EAPCET Exam 2025 Application Form
The TG EAPCET exam application was available for the candidates from 1st March 2025 to 4th April 2025. Those candidates who failed to fill out the online application by 4th April 2025 had the chance to submit their online application with a late fee by 24th April 2025. The candidates also needed to pay an application fee of INR 900 for general candidates and INR 500 for SC/ST/PH candidates applying from the Engineering stream. The application fee for Agriculture/Pharmacy for general candidates was INR 900 and INR 500 for SC/ST/PH candidates.

The TG EAPCET is a computer-based exam consisting of 160 multiple-choice questions. There is no negative marking for incorrect answers, and the exam is conducted in English, Telugu, and Urdu. The TG EAPCET 2025 admit card for Agriculture and Pharmacy was released on 19th April 2025, and the admit card for Engineering was released on 22nd April 2025. Candidates were advised to download the admit card from the official website: eapcet.tsche.ac.in. TG EAPCET Answer Key 2025
The TG EAPCET answer key for Agriculture & Pharmacy was released on 4th May 2025, and the answer key for Engineering was released on 5th May 2025. Once the results were announced, the candidates had a small time frame to raise their objections related to the errors or discrepancies they found in the answer key. The correction window was open from 6 to 7 May 2025 for Engineering, Agriculture & Pharmacy.
Furthermore, to object, candidates had to pay INR 500, which would be refunded to the candidate if the objection was correct. Once the authorities have reviewed all the objections, they released the final answer key along with the results on 11th May 2025.
