The NMIMS CET is an undergraduate common entrance test conducted at the university level for the courses of B.Tech, B.Tech + MBA Tech, and B.Pharm + MBA Pharm Tech. Typically, the good score for Computer Science and ECE courses in the case of the NMIMS CET is between 95-100 for the Mumbai campus and 85-90 for the other campuses of NMIMS. But there are various reasons on which the cutoff depends, including the difficulty level of the exam, the number of students appearing for it, available seats, and the marking scheme.

After the cutoff announcement, qualifying candidates were invited for an offline counselling process, which follows merit list release, with seat allocation based on preferences.

Important points to be noted for the NMIMS 2025 Cutoff:

  • The minimum qualifying score for most NMIMS MBA programs is 209, with a common cutoff for all campuses.

  • The sectional cutoff across all sections is 62.

  • The MBA Pharmaceutical Management program has a lower overall cutoff of 190.

  • A passing score on the NMIMS University entrance exam (NCET) is required for admission to the B.Tech program, and JEE Main marks are not accepted.
