The total marks were set at 480, and the exam duration was 2 hours. Negative marking applies, with 1 mark deducted for each incorrect answer. The ICAR AIEEA 2025 PG and Ph.D AICE JRF/SRF results in the PDF format or on the candidates' login portal were announced on 12 August 2025.
