The National Testing Agency will release the CMAT 2026 Admit Card on 21 January 2026. To know about the exact centre details and test time, candidates should visit the official website. Once released, candidates will be able to download it by logging in with their application number and date of birth/password. The admit card will not be sent by post or email, so downloading it online is the only way to access it.

Step 1: Click on the “Download CMAT Admit Card 2026” link available on the homepage. 

Step 2: Log in using your Application Number and Date of Birth (or Password).

Step 3: Enter the security pin or captcha as shown on the screen and click on “Submit.” 

Step 4: Once logged in, your admit card will be displayed on the screen. Carefully check all the details mentioned, such as your name, photograph, exam date and time, exam centre address, and instructions. 

Step 5: Click on the “Download” button to save the admit card in PDF format. 

Step 6: Take a clear printout of the admit card and keep multiple copies for safety. It is mandatory to carry the printed admit card along with a valid photo ID to the exam centre on the day of the CMAT exam.

Documents to Carry with Admit Card

• A printed photocopy of the CMAT Exam 2026 admit card.

• A valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar card, Passport, Voter ID, PAN card, School ID, or Driving License).

• A Recent passport-sized photograph

• A PwD certificate (if applicable)

CMAT Exam 2026 Admit Card Details

Here are the key data that will be mentioned on the CMAT 2026 Admit Card:

• Candidate’s full name

• Application number and roll number

• Candidate’s photograph and signature

• Date of birth and gender

• Category (General/SC/ST/OBC, etc.)

• Exam date and time (including reporting time and gate closing time)

• CMAT exam time duration 

• Address of the exam centre

• Centre code and city

• Exam shift and discipline (management program)

• Instructions to be followed on the exam day

• Space for candidates’ and invigilator’s signatures

• Candidates must report to the examination centre at least two hours before the exam begins to complete all necessary formalities on time.

• The registration desk will close 90 minutes before the scheduled start of the exam.

• Candidates should immediately take their assigned seats after the examination hall opens to avoid missing important announcements.

• Changing rooms or seats without permission is strictly prohibited.

• Candidates must carry a valid CMAT admit card; without it, entry to the exam centre will be denied.

• If the candidate’s name has changed due to reasons like marriage, they must carry supporting legal documents such as a marriage certificate or legal name change proof.

• Do not bring bags or personal belongings to the exam centre, as there is no facility for safe storage and NTA will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.

• Listen to and follow all instructions given by the invigilators or exam authorities during the examination.

• Carrying restricted items such as mobile phones, calculators, smartwatches, or any electronic devices is not allowed inside the examination hall.

• All calculations and rough work must be done on the rough sheets provided, and these must be submitted to the invigilator after the test.

How To Correct Discrepancies

If a candidate finds any error in their admit card, such as incorrect personal details, photograph, or signature, they should immediately contact the NTA Help Line between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on working days. Even in such cases, the candidate must appear for the exam with the downloaded admit card, and NTA will resolve discrepancies later. It is also important to read and follow all instructions mentioned on the admit card carefully to avoid any issues on the exam day.
