APEDCET 2025 is a state-level exam conducted by Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, for admission to the B.Ed. The application process already began on 08 April 2025, and the last date to apply was 14 May 2025. 

Candidate eligibility requires a graduate degree in any field with at least 50% marks in core subjects. Applicants must be at least 19 years old, and there is no upper age limit. The application fee is between INR 400 and INR 700, depending on the category. Students can fill out the application form and pay the fee online through the official website.

APEDCET 2025: Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be Indian.

• Candidates must be at least 19 years old when they fill out the form.

• There is no upper age limit for this exam.

• Candidates must have at least 50 % in the graduation and post-graduation.

APEDCET 2025: Application Form 

The AP EdCET 2025 application process began on April 08, 2025, allowing candidates to submit their applications through the official website. The last date for application submission was May 14, 2025. The AP EdCET 2025 exam was scheduled and conducted on June 8, 2025.

Step 1: Students can visit the official website.

Step 2: Candidates can complete an online application form that includes all the necessary basic information.

Step 3: Candidates can fill in details like Name, Date of Birth, and other details 

Step 4: Candidates are required to upload their photos, signatures, and any other necessary documents

Step 5: Pay the fees online with different modes of payment  through net banking/credit card/ UPI

The application fee for the APEDCET exam is different for candidates based on their category. General category candidates must pay INR 600 as the application fee. Candidates from the SC (Scheduled Caste) and ST (Scheduled Tribe) categories are required to pay a reduced fee of INR 400. The payment process can usually be completed online through debit cards, credit cards, or net banking options.

Here is the syllabus for the APEDCET exam: 

Part A: General English

• You need to study Reading Comprehension, Sentence Correction, and Grammar topics like Articles, Prepositions, and Tenses.

• Learn Vocabulary, including Synonyms and Antonyms.

• Practice changing sentences (Simple, Compound, Complex) and study Voices (Active/Passive) and Direct/Indirect Speech.

Part B: General Knowledge & Teaching Aptitude

• Read about Current Affairs, History, and Geography.

• Understand Logical Reasoning, Educational Psychology, and the Teaching-Learning Process.

Part C: Methodology

• Mathematics: Focus on Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Statistics.

• Biological Sciences: Cover Botany, Zoology, and Microbiology topics.

• Physical Sciences: Study Physics and Chemistry.

• Social Studies: Learn about History, Geography, Civics, and Economics.

• English: Brush up on all relevant concepts.

The Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, on behalf of APSCHE, released the AP EdCET admit card 2025 on 30 May 2025. The admit card was made available for download on the official website.

Students must print their admit card and bring it to the examination hall. The Admit Card is needed as it serves as identity proof as it carries details like your name, DOB, roll no., and more.

Step 3: Enter the following credentials:

• Registration number

• Qualifying exam hall ticket number

• Date of birth

Step 4: Click on the Download Admit card button

Step 5: View the APEDCET 2025 admit card

Step 6: Download and print the APEDCET admit card

APEDCET Exam Answer Key

The APEDCET 2025 answer key was already released on 10 June 2025 on their official website, APEDCET. The answer key gives students the chance to calculate their scores and have an overview of the exam. The Objection Window for Preliminary Key was open from 10 June to 13 June 2025 on the official website. 

APEDCET Exam Results

The result of the APEDCET 2025 was declared on 21 June 2025 on the official website. Candidates could easily visit the official website and access the results. The result, or say scorecard, included various details about the candidate and their performances, such as scores, rank, percentile, name, roll no, and more. 

Candidates who appeared for the examination and were awaiting the results can easily view the scorecard by following the steps given below on how to check results step-wise.

APEDCET Exam CutOff

The cut-off refers to the minimum marks or percentage that one needs to obtain to be eligible for further steps. The cut-off is often determined by various factors such as the demand for the examination in the present year, the number of candidates appearing, no of seats available, and many more.
