The AIIMS M.Sc. Results were announced on 21 June 2025 for the entrance exam conducted on 14 June 2025. Candidates who have successfully given the exam can go through the official website for the declaration of the results. AIIMS released both the scorecards and a merit list, showing the roll numbers and marks of those who qualified.
Qualified candidates will then move on to the counselling phase for admission into a range of AIIMS M.Sc. programs such as Medical Anatomy, Biochemistry, Biophysics, Medical Physiology, and other specializations offered across AIIMS institutions in India. The result was released on June 21, 2025.

The PDF includes roll numbers, percentiles, and ranks of qualified candidates.
Seat allocation is based on entrance exam scores and is conducted online a few weeks after the results.
Verification of OBC/EWS certificates is done before seat allocation; missing or invalid certificates may lead to disqualification at this stage.
