2: Eligibility for Law Graduates Who Are Awaiting Their Degree: When an LL.B. graduate has completed their 3 or 5-year course from a BCI-recognized University or College, but has not received the degree will also be allowed to register for the AIBE. 4: Ineligibility due to Non-Recognition: A candidate studying or having graduated from a University or College not recognized or approved by the Bar Council of India will not be eligible to appear for AIBE.
