Yashoda Technical Campus has the best training and Placement cell as it offers placements to its students in top companies. The Training and Placement cell of the College conducts various workshops, training programs, and expert lectures for the students, which help them in their resume building, interviews, aptitude tests, Group discussions, etc. The Placement cell of the college conducts mock interviews for the students who are in the final year or have graduated and are seeking jobs in their relevant field. 

The Placement Cell of the College follows a selection process that is decided by the recruiting company. Each round shall correspond to a group discussion, a personal Interview, an aptitude test, or a telephonic interview. Also, all the shortlisted students must appear for the remaining rounds, physically. All these rounds are conducted on the day of campus interviews. The placement process in the college starts every year in July.
