Vignan’s Foundation for Science, Technology, and Research offers a wide range of programs, such as B.Tech, B.Pharma, BBA/BBA (Hons), BSc/BSc (Hons), MCA, MBA, M.Tech, Mechanical Engineering, and PhD in Psychology etc. To become eligible for admission, students must fulfil the basic eligibility criteria. For UG programs admission, Class 12 is mandatory, while a Bachelor’s degree is required for the PG programs.
For the 2025–26 academic year, Vignan is offering admissions to various Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and PhD programs. Students can apply for courses like B.Tech, B.Pharma, MCA, MBA, M.Tech, and PhD in Psychology. Admission to these courses is based either on merit or entrance exam scores like V-SAT, EAMCET, or JEE Main/Advanced, depending on the course they choose.
Admission is currently open for multiple programs at Vignan. Students can apply for the course they want to study. The V-SAT Entrance exam was conducted from January to March 2025, and admissions started after the exam. The last date to apply is August 2025 (Tentative).

Vignan has different eligibility criteria for each course. For Undergraduate courses like B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc, etc, students must have scored at least 60% marks in Class 12 from a recognised board. As well as, students must clear an entrance exam based on the course they are applying for. The entrance exams accepted by Vignan are V-SAT, TS EAMCET, JEE Main, or JEE Advanced.
For PG courses:
M.Tech: A Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks is required. Students also need to pass an entrance exam such as GATE, PGECET, or VUGATE, depending on the course. Students who secured more than 80% marks in B.Tech or who have qualified for GATE are also eligible.
MBA: Candidates must have at least 55% marks in any Undergraduate degree. Students should also have a qualified ICET, or have a MAT score above 500, or at least 70% marks in CAT.
Alternatively, candidates with 60% in B.Tech are also eligible. Those who have not appeared for any of these entrance exams must take a written test, followed by a group discussion and a personal interview. The syllabus for the written test will be the same as that of ICET.
For PhD programs at Vignan’s Foundation, candidates should have a Postgraduate degree in a related subject such as Engineering, Technology, Science, Humanities, or Management. However, candidates who have only a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology in a relevant field can also apply, if they have secured at least 60% marks or an equivalent CGPA.
Vignan offers various Undergraduate courses like B.Tech, B.Pharm, BCA / BCA (Hons), BSc (Hons) Agriculture, BA LLB(Hons), BBA / BBA (Hons), etc. Admissions to these courses are open, and the last date to apply is August 2025 (Tentative).
To be eligible, students must have at least 60% marks in their Class 12 (Intermediate) exams. Admission to B.Tech, B.Pharmacy, and B.Sc (Hons) Agriculture at Vignan’s is mainly through V-SAT, an online entrance exam conducted by the university all over India.
However, students who have qualified in AP or TS EAMCET, JEE (Main), or JEE (Advanced) with at least 60% marks in Class 12 are also eligible for direct admission.
Vignan offers several Postgraduate courses such as MCA, MSc, MA English, M.Tech, etc. Admissions are now open for the academic year 2025.
Eligibility Criteria:
MCA: Candidates must either have a rank below 5000 in ICET with at least 60% marks in their qualifying exam or have above 80% marks in the qualifying degree.
MA English: Applicants must have 60% marks (above 6.5 CGPA) in any Bachelor's degree, and 60% marks in English as a subject. They must also qualify for a written test and interview conducted by the university.

MSc Chemistry: Candidates should have 60% marks (above 6.5 CGPA) in any BSc degree with Chemistry as one of the subjects. Students also need to qualify for a written test and an interview conducted by the university.

Admissions are now open for various PhD programs at Vignan, including PhD in Computer Applications, Agricultural Engineering, Biotechnology, and Chemistry. For admission, candidates must have a postgraduate qualification in the relevant field of Engineering, Technology, Sciences, Humanities, or Management OR
Candidates who have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology in the relevant field can also apply, as long as they have scored at least 60% marks or have an equivalent CGPA.
To get admission to Vignan, students need to appear for entrance exams such as V-SAT, TS EAMCET, JEE (Main), or JEE (Advanced), depending on the course. Once students qualify the exam, they must visit the official Vignan website and fill out the application form to complete the admission process.
