The institute provides short-term and main courses. The main courses are PGDM with dual specialisation and PGDM in Agri-Business Management. Below is the eligibility criteria for them:
Candidates who want to apply for the PGDM with dual specialisation should have at least a Bachelor’s Degree.
Candidates who have worked for three years in a managerial capacity in cooperative organisations, government departments, and cooperative banks are also eligible to apply.
Students should be below 50 years of age (5 years relaxation will be given to candidates from the SC, ST, OBC categories, and women).
Candidates applying for the PDGM - ABM students must have completed a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with at least 15 years of education (10+2+3). General, OBC (non-creamy layer), and EWS candidates must have at least 50% marks in graduation, while SC and ST candidates need at least 45% marks.
Applicants must also have a valid score in entrance exams like CAT, XAT, or CMAT. Foreign national candidates can submit GMAT or GRE scores. Students who are in their final year of graduation and waiting for their results can also apply.
The institute follows the Government of India rules for seat reservation for OBC, SC, ST, persons with disabilities, and Kashmiri migrants and Kashmiri Pandit or Hindu families living in the Kashmir Valley.
Two PGDM courses are provided by the institute, one is the Post Graduate Diploma in Cooperation, Marketing/Finance offered by the Centre for Cooperative Management. The other is the PGDM in Agri-Business Management provided by the Centre of Management Education.
Candidates who want to apply for the PGDM in Cooperative Business Management should have three years of work experience in managerial positions in places such as cooperative organisations, cooperative banks, and government institutions. They should be below 50 years of age, and a relaxation of 5 years is given to SC, ST, OBC candidates, and women candidates.
For those who are applying for the PGDM in Agri-Business Management course, candidates should have scored a minimum of 50% marks in graduation (45% for the SC&ST students). Along with this, a valid score in management entrance exams such as CAT, XAT, and CMAT, for Indian nationals. The college accepts scores from the GRE and GMAT for foreign nationals.
