It has been accredited with an "A+" Grade by NAAC that makes it the first private university in Uttarakhand to achieve this distinction in the initial accreditation cycle. Uttaranchal University Dehradun spreads over 70 acres of land with modern facilities and a learning environment to support students. The University has a green campus with various facilities and offers courses in different fields. The facilities include modern classrooms, a highly equipped and packed library, spacious auditoriums, sports facilities, and health and wellness facilities as well. The university also offers a space dedicated to the growth of researchers, and the placement cell is also actively involved in guiding and engaging students with pre-placement sessions, mock interviews, group discussions, and aptitude tests. Eligibility Criteria of the Uttaranchal University for all the offered courses are mentioned below:
Students should have completed their 10th and 12th grades with a minimum of 45% marks to 60% marks, and for the reserved category, the range is between 40% marks to 50%, depending on the course and specialisation opted.
The students are also required to have completed their Bachelor's degree from a recognised college or university with a minimum of 50% marks and 45% marks for the reserved candidates.
The Uttaranchal University Dehradun evaluates the aspiring students through a protocol for the selection of the most professionally and ethically qualified students. The candidates are evaluated based on the below mentioned criteria:
The university accepts and admits the candidates through the valid score card of the national-level examination, including CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/CET.

Terms and Conditions to be eligible for the scholarship
The eligibility criteria to avail the scholarship are as follows:
Students have to showcase their Aadhar card for identity verification along with their mark sheets applicable for the scholarship category of alumni and siblings.
In the case of the defence personnel scholarship, the candidate has to establish the relevant documents, including certificates and identity proof, of the students and of the retired or serving defence personnel.
The students can only avail one of the above-listed scholarships.
