Synetic Business School Placement Process
Below is a brief explanation of the Synetic Business School Placement process so that students understand how the placements work.
- Inviting Colleges for Placement: Once the placement season starts in the B-School, the placement cell sends invitations to new and recurring companies to be a part of the placement drive.
- Accepting or Rejecting the Invitation: Companies have the right to accept or reject the invitation. If a particular company accepts the invitation, it must inform the placement cell.
- Organising Pre-Placement Talks: The placement cell organises pre-placement talks where the companies visiting the campus will present their company profile, job roles, and tell about the work culture to the students before the hiring process begins.
- Registering With the Placement Cell: Students who are interested in working with a particular company will register with the placement cell and take part in the selection process organised by the companies. It can be written tests, technical rounds, and a final round with HR.
- Offer Letters Given to Selected Students: After the selection process is over, the companies will send a list of selected students to the placement cell along with their offer letters. It is up to the students if they want to accept or reject the job offer.
- Students Prepare for Joining: Once students accept the offer letter, the placement cell can help start the onboarding process. If the student is not able to join the allotted date, they must inform the company’s HR.
- Inform The Placement Cell of Withdrawal: If a student is declining an offer or has secured a better offer somewhere else, they must inform the placement cell.
