Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD) is well-known for its strong placement record and industry connections. The institute aims to provide quality management education and help students build successful careers in different fields.

SCMHRD had great placement results with regard to the batch of 2023-2025, indicating a high level of industry connection at SCMHRD and a good focus on student success. SCMHRD placements for this batch were impressive, as the last period of placement involved more than 118 recruiters, out of which 50 are new firms. The offers made to students were varied in different fields like BFSI, Consulting, IT/ITES, and FMCG, among others. The highest package offered was INR 38 LPA, the average package was INR 21.63 LPA, and the median CTC was INR 21.40 LPA. This indicates the worth of SCMHRD with respect to education and industry training.

For students specialising in HR, the SCMHRD average package offered was INR 22.16 LPA, with the highest package INR 35.50 LPA. In the Marketing domain, the average package INR 21.62 LPA was offered, with the top 10% securing up to INR 35.90 LPA. Finance students secured an average of INR 19.64 LPA. 

The summer placement report for the 2024–26 batch also shows great success. The best internship programs paid a stipend of INR 4.5 lakhs over the two months, in HR and Marketing. It kept the average stipend in any domain high, and the majority of students received offers above INR 2 lakhs. These were internships where they got practical exposure to establish organisations in various fields such as consulting, finance, e-commerce and IT.

The average work experience of students in this stream was approximately 36 months, and their highest internship stipends were up to INR 2.77 lakhs. The Infrastructure Development and Management (IDM) batch had also performed well, with the maximum internship stipend available being at INR 1.99 lakhs, and the majority of the students getting placement offers in sectors such as consulting, real estate, and IT. Students of SCMHRD have won various competitions at the national level that were sponsored by leading Companies such as Amazon, Tata, Samsung, Colgate-Palmolive, and Dr. Reddy. These are the milestones that demonstrate the abilities of students in true business problem-solving. All in all, the SCMHRD information has depicted persistent growth in final and summer placements. It remains one of the most preferred universities by recruiters in various sectors and every year records great figures in the placements. This was a huge success because of the support of the recruiters, the direction of the faculty, as well as the effort put in by the students.
