Swaminarayan University offers different courses such as BE, BBA, BSc IT, B.Com, M.Com, MBA, MSc, LLB, LLM, BA(Hons), MA, MSc IT, MCA, and PhD courses. Candidates who seek admission should fill out the online application form and meet the basic eligibility criteria.

The total course duration for all these courses ranges from 2 years to 6 years. Students who want to get admission into the undergraduate courses should have passed Class 12th with a minimum of 40%-50% marks and a valid score of entrance exams such as JEE or any other entrance exam organised by the University.

Whereas, for the postgraduate courses, such as MBA, candidates must have completed their bachelor’s degrees with at least 50% marks. Along with the academic results, a valid entrance exam score, such as CAT, MAT, XAT, or CMAT, is also required. Admission for the academic year 2025 is open now, and the last date to apply online is October 2025 (Tentative).

With over 10,000 students, admission for the academic year 2025 is ongoing.  Before applying, candidates need to fulfill the eligibility criteria for the course they are interested in. Below is a list of eligibility criteria for a few courses:

For the BE course, candidates should have completed Class 12th with PCM as core subjects with a minimum of 50%-60% marks.

• To be eligible for the B.Com course, students must have passed Class 12 in Commerce with at least 50% marks. 

• Candidates applying for the BSc course must have completed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks, along with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology. 

• For the M.Com course, candidates need to have a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a minimum of 50% marks. 

• MCA admission requires completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 50% marks. A valid entrance exam score, such as NIMCET, is also required.

• Candidates who seek admission for the MSc course should have a graduation degree in Science, Engineering, or a Technical field with a minimum of 50% to 60% marks.

The Swaminarayan University has a dedicated placement cell that bridges the gap between the students and recruiters. The highest salary package offered to students was INR 24 LPA. During the placement drive, some of the top recruiters that visit the campus to hire students are Honda, TATA, ACC Limited, HCG, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Blue Star, Future Group, Canara Bank, Force Motors, Sunrise Remedies, Nirma and Kotak Mahindra Bank.
