To secure seats at the institute, candidates have to fulfil the following eligibility criteria: 

• For admission at the UG level of education, candidates have to hold class 10th and 12th passing certificates, with 45% - 55% for the candidates belonging to the general category and for the reserved category candidates, 5% relaxation is given.

• There is no specific age limit for admission, but students who have more than 3 years of gap are required to present proper documentation and a reason for the gap. 

• For admission to certain courses, English is a mandatory subject amongst Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. 

• Additionally, there is a prevalent age limit of 17 years for admission to a few programs. 

• Candidates applying for the PG courses must have class 10th and 12th passing certificates and a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% scores and 5% relaxation to the reserved category candidates. 

• The score cards of CAT, MAT, XAT, and PG-CET also make an individual eligible for admission. 

• Candidates must have a master's degree in a relevant field with 55% aggregate scores. 

• Additionally, candidates should maintain 90% attendance throughout their research journey.

1. Scholarships Based on Special Categories

S Vyasa University offers fee concessions to the students belonging to specific backgrounds such as defence, sports and other eligible categories. These scholarships are designed to support deserving candidates during their studies.

Note: From the second year onwards, students must maintain a minimum CGPA of 6+ and 75% attendance to continue scholarship benefits.

2. Scholarships Based on Entrance Exam (MBA & MCA)
