SRM University Sonepat Admission is ongoing and will last till 16 April 2026. All the eligible candidates can apply through the official website of the university. The university offers a wide range of courses under its UG, PG, and PhD programs in various departments like Pharmacy, Law, Science, and Humanities, etc. Admissions to the various courses at SRM University are based on merit and valid entrance exam scores. To get admission into UG programs, a candidate must pass Class 12 with a minimum qualifying mark from a recognised board, whereas for the postgraduate program, candidates must have a graduation degree with a minimum qualifying mark from a recognised university. For the PhD program, candidates must have a master’s degree from a recognised university in a relevant field.

SRM University, which is located in Sonipat, offers various courses in the Engineering, Pharmacy, Science & Humanities, and other departments offering courses like B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Com, M.Com, LLB, BCA, BA, LLM, B.Sc, Phd etc. The admission process at SRM University is currently ongoing, and interested candidates who want to pursue their chosen course must be eligible and follow the admission process. The eligibility criteria for the different level courses, which are offered by the SRM University Sonipat, are explained in points below:
Candidates who want to pursue a UG-level course must have scored 50-55% in the 10+2 Examination, but for some courses, like B.Tech., candidates must also have a valid score in the JEE Entrance examination.
Candidates interested in a PG-level course from SRM University must have a minimum qualifying mark in their bachelor’s degree from a recognised University, however courses like MBA require scores from any of the entrances like CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT or NMAT and an interview round after the Entrance exam.
SRM University also offers PhD courses. To seek admission, candidates must hold a masters degree from a recognised board along with a minimum aggregate percentage.
For the phd programme under the Mechanical Engineering, a candidate must have a minimum of 55% marks or an aggregate CGPA. Also, a candidate must clear exams under CSIR/GATE/UGC/JRF/NET/SLET.
