Also, Candidates have to qualify for one of the entrance exams like CAT, XAT, CMAT, and other exams, and score a minimum 50th percentile or above in the exam to qualify for the further admission process. After which, a selection process is conducted in which a candidate is selected based on their academic profile, entrance exam scores, Group discussion, and Personal interviews.

SSIM offers various scholarships, such as the Siblings scholarship, Entrance exam scholarships, to physically challenged candidates, etc. SSIM also offers Academic merit scholarships, in which the candidate should have a 60-80 percentile in CAT or a 500-700 and above score in MAT, and also 60%-75% marks in the graduation degree, for a scholarship of INR 20,000 to INR 75,000.
