Smt Hiraben Nanavati Institute of Management and Research for Women has a separate training and placement department. This department aims to cultivate capable, youthful, professional female managers who can make valuable contributions in a demanding corporate world. The training and placement cell is in charge of getting students ready for the placement process by conducting mock interviews, resume-writing workshops, and personality development exercises.
