Students must meet the eligibility requirements to get admitted to Siddhartha Law College (SLC). The minimum eligibility criteria are mentioned below:
To be admitted to the LLB program at SLC, candidates must have completed their Class 12 with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for reserved category students). A valid score of CLAT or LSAT is also required.
For admission to the LLM program, students must complete graduation with 50% marks in any of the following degrees: LLB, BBA-LLB, or BA-LLB. Additionally, students need to have qualifying marks in CLAT or LSAT exams.
For the BBA-LLB program, aspirants must have passed Class 12 with at least 45% marks. Apart from this, students must have secured a valid score in entrance exams, like LSAT or CLAT.

To help its students with financial burden, Siddhartha Law College provides various scholarships, such as a 100% scholarship, a 50% scholarship, a 25% scholarship, and a 15% scholarship. However, students must complete the requirements set by the college to become eligible for the scholarship. For a 100% scholarship, students must have secured 96% marks in Class 12, while for the 50% scholarships, candidates must have 90% marks in Class 12. To get a 25% scholarship, aspirants must pass Class 12 with a minimum of 85% marks. Similarly, 75% marks are required for the 15% scholarship. Students must maintain a 75% average attendance each semester and score 80% or above on the university exam without failing any subjects to continue receiving the 25%, 50%, or 100% scholarship. There are additional scholarships available, including 15%, 10%, and 5% fee waiver scholarships for students' siblings, alumni's siblings, Defence Personnel Wards, and candidates from Uttarakhand.
