The criteria of MBA admissions depend on the score of CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, or SVET (Shri Vaishnav Entrance Test), and then comes GD and PI. B.Tech admissions take into consideration JEE Main or SVET. In the case of B.Arch, the students should pass NATA or JEE Paper 2. Undergraduate (UG) Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for undergraduate programs at SVVV, candidates must have passed Class 12 or its equivalent from a recognised board with 45%-50% marks, depending on the course and category. BBA (4 Years/3 Years/Fintech/Rural) and BBA+MBA require 50% marks. B.Tech requires 10+2 with PCM and 45% marks (40% for reserved), with admission via JEE Main or SVET. B.Arch needs 50% in PCM and NATA/JEE Paper 2 score. BCA (Hons.) requires Maths in 10+2; regular BCA is open to all streams. B.Com, BA, B.Sc, B.Pharm, and B.Des require 50% marks in 10+2 with subject-specific criteria.
Postgraduate (PG) Eligibility Criteria
To apply for postgraduate programs at SVVV, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with at least 50% marks from a recognised university. For MBA, graduation with 50% marks (45% for MP reserved categories) is required, with admission based on CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, or SVET, followed by GD and PI. Final-year students may apply provisionally. An Executive MBA requires one year of work experience. M.Tech needs a B.E./B.Tech with 55% marks and GATE or SVET. MCA requires Mathematics in 10+2 or graduation. M.Com, M.Sc, M.Des, and MA programs require graduation in relevant fields with 50% marks.
PhD Eligibility Criteria
Admission to the Ph.D. program at SVVV is based on the Shri Vaishnav Entrance Test (SVET) followed by a personal interview. Candidates who have qualified NET, SET, GATE, or equivalent national-level exams are exempted from SVET but must attend the interview. Applicants must hold a Master's degree or equivalent in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks or 5.5/10 CGPA from a recognised university; SC/ST candidates require 50% marks or 5.0/10 CGPA. Those with lower marks may apply if they hold an AIU-recognised or AICTE-approved postgraduate diploma with 55% marks. All selected candidates must complete six months of coursework.
