Undergraduate and postgraduate studies are offered in specialisations, i.e., General Medicine, Orthopaedics, Radiodiagnosis, Ophthalmology, etc. Students who want to take admission in Shri Ramkrishna Institute of Medical Sciences UG and PG courses must wait for the results of NEET UG and NEET PG, which are expected to be declared on June 14, 2025, and July 15, 2025, respectively.

For the academic year 2025-26, Shri Ramkrishna Institute of Medical Sciences has set certain eligibility requirements for UG and PG courses:
Class 12 with at least 50% marks (40% for OBC, SC, and ST and 45% for PWD candidates) in English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology from a recognised board.
Student must have a bachelor's degree in the relevant field from a recognised university to enrol in the postgraduate program.
