Shri Davara University is admitting students for the academic year of 2026-27 to undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma and doctoral programs. The university has over 100 different degree programs available from many disciplines, including: Arts & Humanities, Commerce, Management, Sciences, Computer Science, Law, Hotel Management, etc. The university offers admissions for popular programs including BA, B.Com., BBA, BCA B.Sc., BA LL.B, MBA, MCA, M.Com., M.Sc. and LL.M. 

The admission process at the university is straightforward and structured to meet students’ needs. As the first step, students may attend a counselling session where they will receive information about course options, eligibility requirements, fee structure, scholarships and job opportunities. After the programme selection, the student has to get registered and submit the online application with the necessary details and documents. The registration fee ranges from INR 2000 to INR 7000. The university thereafter conducts a check on the candidate's eligibility and the authenticity of the submitted documents before granting admission.

Required documents that must be submitted are; academic certificates, identity proof, migration and transfer certificates (if applicable), and any other supporting documents. After completing the verification process all applicants must pay the course fee to complete the admission process and reserve their seats for classes. 

Shri Davara University Eligibility Criteria 2026

Shri Davara University has set certain eligibility requirements to get admission in undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma courses for the year 2026. These requirements will depend upon the level and type of the programme selected by the student.

To be eligible for undergraduate programmes, the student must have cleared 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board. Some of the specific courses may require 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved candidates). Different programmes like BA, B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc. and BA LL.B. will consider the students' academic record and the eligibility criteria prescribed from time to time for the respective programme.

Postgraduate programme applicants should have at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field of education from a recognized university. For programmes like MBA, MCA, M.Com, MA, M.Sc., MSW and LL.M. the students must fulfill the specific academic eligibility prerequisites of the programme before being considered for admission.

The eligibility criteria for diploma and post-graduate diploma courses require students to have passed 10th, 12th, or graduation level examinations, depending upon the nature of the course. A few of the diploma and PG-diploma courses are DCA, DCS, DHMCT, PGDCA, PGDBA and PGDRD, have eligibility criteria based on their academic level.

At the time of admission, the students have to submit supporting documents like the mark sheet, identity proof, migration certificate, transfer certificate and category certificate if applicable. 

Shri Davara University offers 100% placement support to its students through its dedicated Training and Placement Cell. The university has recently achieved its overall placement rate of over 92%. This shows the presence of university involvement and company participation to offer job opportunities for its students. Over 75 recruiting companies participated in campus placement activities, and they extended 200+ job offers across various sectors. The highest salary was received at the university at INR 7 LPA.

Major recruit and placement areas include Information Technology (IT), Finance, Consulting, Health Services, Manufacturing and Engineering. The placement cell provides a wide range of support for students through a variety of initiatives designed to help them prepare for the job market. They support students through resume preparation, aptitude test preparation, mock interviews, career counseling, skill development initiatives, work experience and placement drives.

Shri Davara University Scholarship and Financial Aid

Shri Davara University offers scholarships and financial aid to help eligible students manage their educational expenses. The scholarship offers are based on merit, need and specific criteria like sports aligned with the university's goals of promoting academic excellence and inclusivity.

One of the major initiatives is the Chancellor Scholarship which is only available for one time, applies only to the first-year fees. Female students will receive a subsidized rate 50% of the normal fees, and males will receive 20% of the cost of their first year of tuition.

The University also has a School Rank Holder Scholarship program that provides scholarships for the top three students in each school based on academic achievement with 100%, 80% and 60% scholarships respectively. This program provides a great incentive for high-achieving students at the University to continue with their education.

The Sports Scholarship provides students who have achieved success in athletics can get of their tuition fee waiver. The national-level players get 100% or relaxation to their tuition fee in the first year, and the state-level players will receive a 50% waiver of their first year of tuition.

Law Program Scholarship is for students enrolled in any B.A.-LL.B., LL.B., and LL.M. program will receive a 50% waiver of all annual tuition throughout the duration of the program they are enrolled. 

Students also have the option to apply for government-funded scholarships based on their respective caste or classification of students under govt rules and the student category.
