Shoolini University PG Scholarships 2026

Shoolini University offers multiple scholarships for 2026–27 such as merit-based, need-cum-merit, alumni, defence, sports, journalist, single parent and employee ward categories. MBA scholarships include merit awards, entrance tests, benefits, and work experience concessions. Internal students can apply for SAPS progression scholarships. Shoolini University PhD Scholarships 2026

The PhD Merit Scholarship will be awarded to candidates based on their overall performance in several key areas. Selection will take into account how well the applicant performs in the interview, the marks they have achieved in their post-graduation studies, the quality and quantity of their previous research work or publications, and the NIRF ranking of the institution from which they completed their post-graduation. 

Benefit: Scholarship range between 25%-100%

Students who receive a full tuition fee waiver will be recognized as Chancellor’s Fellows. Multiple scholarships are available based on the selection criteria. At the beginning of the program, scholarships will be awarded for the first two semesters. To continue receiving the scholarship, PhD candidates must meet certain conditions that will be reviewed annually. The first review will take place at the end of semester 2. If the requirements are met, the scholarship will be extended to semesters 3 and 4. A second review will be conducted at the end of semester 4, and if the conditions are satisfied, the scholarship will be further extended to semesters 5 and 6.

Continuation Requirements:

  • Coursework completion within first three semesters

  • Synopsis submission within first three semesters

  • First research paper communicated within four semesters

  • Second research paper communicated before thesis submission

2. International PhD Merit Scholarship

International students who enroll in the Ph.D program at Shoolini University will receive a 75% tuition fee waiver along with a monthly scholarship of INR 25,000.

3. PhD Scholarships for 4-Year UG Degree Holders (NEP Pathway)

Students who have completed their undergraduate degree under the New Education Policy guidelines are eligible to directly enroll in a PhD program without needing a master’s degree. Deserving students may receive up to a 100% tuition fee waiver, based on the recommendation of the scholarship committee.

4. Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

PhD students who clear the JRF exam and show strong research potential can receive a full tuition fee waiver and a monthly stipend of INR 31,000 for the first three years. Only three such scholarships are available, funded either through extramural projects or university funds. To continue receiving the fellowship, Junior Research Fellows must publish three research papers each year with a minimum impact factor of two, in addition to their PhD requirements. Failure to meet these conditions will result in the discontinuation of the fellowship. Fellows are also required to stay in the university’s residential premises during their research, though hostel fees will not be waived.

Shoolini University MBA Merit Scholarships 2026

Shoolini University offers MBA Merit Scholarships for 2026 through the Shoolini Management Aptitude Reasoning Test (SMART) exam and national entrance tests. Eligible candidates take the SMART test, followed by a scholarship interview. SMART-based scholarships include Chancellor’s (100% tuition + residence), Vice Chancellor’s (100% tuition), Dean’s (50%), SMART (25%), and specialized 25% scholarships for Business Analytics and Pharma & Healthcare graduates. National test-based scholarships apply to CAT, XAT, GMAT, GRE, MAT, ATMA, and CMAT, with awards ranging from INR 70,000 to INR 90,000 based on percentile or score achieved.

Terms and Conditions for Shoolini University Scholarships 2026

  1. Only students admitted in 2026 are eligible.

  2. Scholarships are based on core subjects marks of Class XII, graduation, or postgraduation.

  3. Minimum 75% attendance in the preceding semester is required to continue the scholarship.

  4. Scholarships apply only to tuition fees.

  5. Original documents must be submitted, and soft copies uploaded. Forged or invalid documents can cancel the scholarship or registration.

  6. Only one scholarship can be availed at admission; it cannot be changed later without Committee approval.

  7. Scholarships must be applied for at the time of admission; applications after 15th August will not be considered.

  8. No scholarships for programs in Law, Pharmacy, Agriculture, or Liberal Arts.

  9. Scholarship awards are competitive; meeting eligibility does not guarantee the award.

  10. The Scholarship Committee has final discretion; any scholarship may be discontinued without notice.

PhD students:

  • Eligible for tuition fee waivers (up to 100%) and publication incentives.

  • Only one benefit (waiver or publication incentive) can be availed in the first three years.

  • Publication awards are split among student authors; each paper counts once per student.

  • No fees for 7th and 8th semesters; fees apply for remaining semesters.
