Admissions for the academic year 2025–26 at SVPISTM are now open, and the last date to apply online is October 2025 (Tentative). For 2025, SVPISTM offers a range of Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs, including B.Sc, BBA, MBA, and MSc.
Admission to Undergraduate courses is primarily based on a candidate’s performance in the higher secondary examination. In addition to academic marks, candidates must also appear for entrance tests such as the Common University Entrance Test (CUET-UG) or the State-level Vocational and Professional Entrance Test (SVPET).
For postgraduate (PG) courses, admission is granted through competitive entrance examinations. Candidates may qualify via the CUET-PG or SVPET, or through other recognised management entrance tests.

Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International School of Textiles & Management is an autonomous institution in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. MBA Programs: Applicants must hold a graduate degree in any discipline from a university recognised by UGC/AICTE, with at least 15 years of formal education (10+2+¾). The marks secured by the students in graduation must be at least 50% (45% for OBC (NCL)/EWS, and 40% for SC/ST/PWD candidates).
MSc Programs: Candidates must possess an undergraduate degree in disciplines such as Textiles, Clothing, Costume Designing, Fashion Technology, Apparel Designing, Textile Chemistry, Technical Textiles, B.Voc in Garment Technology, or any other relevant field recognised by UGC/AICTE.
The degree should reflect a minimum of 15 years of formal education (10+2+¾) with at least 50% marks (45% marks for OBC and 40% for Reserved categories).
B.Sc & BBA Course: The applicants must have cleared Class 12th or equivalent from a recognised board with a minimum of 50% marks (5% relaxation for reserved categories).
Certificate & Short-Term Courses: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree with a minimum of required marks from a recognised university.
