Here is a detailed overview of the eligibility criteria for admission to various programs at SVPISTM for the 2025 academic year:
MBA Programs: Applicants must hold a graduate degree in any discipline from a university recognised by UGC/AICTE, with at least 15 years of formal education (10+2+¾). The marks secured by the students in graduation must be at least 50% (45% for OBC (NCL)/EWS, and 40% for SC/ST/PWD candidates).
MSc Programs: Candidates must possess an undergraduate degree in disciplines such as Textiles, Clothing, Costume Designing, Fashion Technology, Apparel Designing, Textile Chemistry, Technical Textiles, B.Voc in Garment Technology, or any other relevant field recognised by UGC/AICTE.
The degree should reflect a minimum of 15 years of formal education (10+2+¾) with at least 50% marks (45% marks for OBC and 40% for Reserved categories).
B.Sc & BBA Course: The applicants must have cleared Class 12th or equivalent from a recognised board with a minimum of 50% marks (5% relaxation for reserved categories).
