For the 2025 academic session, SITM, Barabanki, opens admission for D.Pharma, M.Pharma, and B.Pharma. For a 2-year full-time Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharm), candidates should have completed class XII with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects, and either Mathematics or Biology, with an aggregate of 50%. Additionally, A minimum of 50% in both Physics and Chemistry, and 50% in either Biology or Mathematics is required.

For admission in the 4-year full-time Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharma), candidates should have passed class XII from the U.P. Board or any recognised board/university, with the minimum required percentage of marks. Similarly, for the two-year full-time Master of Pharmacy (M. Pharma), an eligible candidate must have a B. Pharma degree with an aggregate of 60% aggregate marks for General, OBC, and other categories(5% relaxation for SC/ST candidates).

The institution offers scholarships for both new and continuing students, with awards based on academic performance. For new students enrolling in Post Graduate, Under Graduate, or Diploma courses, scholarships are provided based on their 12th-grade marks. Students who score more than 95% marks receive a 25% discount on the tuition fee. Those who score between 90.1% and 95% receive a 20% discount, while students with marks between 85% and 90% receive a 15% discount. Lastly, students who score between 80% and 85% receive a 10% discount on their tuition fee. These scholarships aim to recognise and reward the hard work and academic achievements of students.

Additionally, the institution also offers the Shri Sagar Memorial Awards Scholarship to its deserving candidates.  This scholarship is provided to those candidates who are the overall merit holders, and this financial aid is based on their academic performance. These awards are given to students who have no grace marks or back papers. For students achieving more than 95% marks, a 20% discount on the tuition fee is provided. Those who score between 90.1% and 95% receive a 15% discount, while students with marks ranging from 85.1% to 90% are awarded a 10% discount on their tuition fees.
