Interested candidates should have a bachelor's degree of three or more years in a recognised university and have an aggregate of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates). Additionally, interested candidates should also have a valid score of national-level entrance exams like CAT, CMAT, MAT, GMAT, or KMAT (Kerala).
Final selection of the candidate is done on the basis of the candidate's academic backgroundound, scorecard of the national-level entrance exam and group discussion and personal Interview. A weighted mechanism of assessment which consists of graduation marks (20% weightage), entrance test performance and Personal Interview (PI). Final-year graduation student who is awaiting results can also apply.

Sadanam Institute of Commerce and Management Studies (SICOMS) has disclosed the eligibility requirements for Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) course as per the AICTE requirements. The candidates should have obtained a bachelor's degree, with at least 3 years, in any field of study, in a recognised university with at least 50% marks(45% marks for SC/ST). Applicants must also have a valid score in one of the recognised entry tests in management at the national or state level, CAT, CMAT, MAT, GMAT, or KMAT (Kerala). Undergraduate students in their final year waiting for their results, are also allowed to apply provisionally but will be required to meet the academic criteria before they are fully enrolled.
