Interested candidates should have a bachelor's degree of three or more years in a recognised university and have an aggregate of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates). Additionally, interested candidates should also have a valid score of national-level entrance exams like CAT, CMAT, MAT, GMAT, or KMAT (Kerala).
Final selection of the candidate is done on the basis of the candidate's academic backgroundound, scorecard of the national-level entrance exam and group discussion and personal Interview. A weighted mechanism of assessment which consists of graduation marks (20% weightage), entrance test performance and Personal Interview (PI). Final-year graduation student who is awaiting results can also apply.
