Regional Institute of Science and Technology was established in 2009 and is the fourth venture of ERD Foundation, Guwahati. The institute offers B.Tech courses approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, Ministry of HRD, Govt of India. Regional Institute of Science and Technology Meghalaya provides a four-year B.Tech course. If students want to get admission into the course, they need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria:
Candidates should have completed Class 12th in the PCM stream with a minimum of 45% (40% marks for the reserved category) from a recognised board.
Furthermore, candidates should also appear for the JEE Main entrance exam.
