Ramaiah Institute of Management Bengaluru offers PGDM and FPM programs with specific eligibility criteria for the 2025 session. The eligibility criteria for admission to PGDM in Ramaiah Institute of Management, Bengaluru are given below: -
For a 2-year PGDM, PGDM IEV, PGDM with one semester abroad and other courses: All the applicants need to hold a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from a recognised university in India or abroad (recognised by the UGC/Association of Indian Universities). The applicant should have a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or an equivalent grade in any field. For SC/ST category students, 45% marks are mandatory. Applicants should also have a valid CAT / MAT / XAT / CMAT / GMAT / ATMA and other Examination Score cards. It is notified by the college administration that the final selection will depend on the above-mentioned score, personal Interview and group discussion.
Candidates should complete all degree exams before June 2025. Such candidates are required to present proof of passing the degree exam with a minimum necessary marks with 50% by September 30, 2025.
Candidates pursuing a final year in their UG program may also apply, but they should maintain an average of 50% marks until then.
Applicants who have an uncleared backlog of papers in graduation can not apply for admission and thus are ineligible.
For the FPM program, the candidates must have a master's degree or equivalent in engineering and technology/ management/ economics/ social science/ commerce with a minimum of 60% (5% for the reserved category) from a recognised university. Postgraduate diploma (2 years) with at least 60% aggregate marks or equivalent grade points. Or a 5-year Integrated Master’s degree with at least 60% aggregate marks or a 4-year Bachelor’s degree with 6.5 CGPA out of 10.
