Kanpur Rama University placement performance is excellent, and it also offers students a complete career opportunity as regards internships, pre-placement offers (PPOs), and direct recruitment in different areas. The placement drive will start in July and will be comprised of the company discussions, application of the students, resume collection, lecture on the placement, PPO, written examination, group discussions, and face-to-face interviews.

In the recent placement cycle of 2024, over 500 recruiters participated in the campus recruitment process, offering positions across diverse sectors, including Technology, Finance, Healthcare, Engineering, and Management. The placement statistics for 2024 reveal that approximately 3,500 students were successfully recruited by leading organisations visiting the campus. The highest package offered is INR 45 LPA. Rama University facilitates internship programs in dual phases - summer internships beginning in May and winter internship opportunities starting in December.

Rama University Kanpur also offers internship opportunities to students and a Placement drive with NEOSAFE, a well-known company in the safety and security sector. The event was planned by the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Allied Industries to guide final-year students and connect them with industry experts.
