Rajagiri Business School Placement Cell 

Rajagiri Business School (RBS) helps students get good jobs through its Office of Corporate Relations (OCR). The Placement Cell manages final placements, internships, and meetings with companies providing career guidance and training before placements. The teachers and students form the placement unit that work closely with different companies to give better job opportunities.

Industry Interaction

RBS focuses on preparing students for successful careers through strong industry connections. The Office of Corporate Relations (OCR) works as a bridge between students, faculty, & companies. It  organises events on a regular basis to provide students an opportunity to interact with industry professionals. Students gain knowledge related to the current industry trends. Experts guide students by sharing their knowledge, experiences and tips to build confidence and professionalism. RBS also invites entrepreneurs to deliver talks so that students enrolled in the institute can have an understanding related to setting up a business. 

Rajagiri Business School Summer Internships

RBS also provides internships to the students, which develops the personality of the students by providing them hands-on experiences. During the internship, students learn about the organisation and industry, identify a business problem, do research, and suggest solutions while working in their chosen field.

Companies expect every student to do well, so RBS advises students to go outside their home state and work with companies that can give them valuable learning experiences. During the two-month internship, teachers visit the companies to check how students are doing, talk to mentors, and give guidance.

Many renowned companies select the students for their permanent employment during the internship period. To prepare students, faculty and industry experts provide training and orientation so they can quickly adjust to the organisation’s needs.

Rajagiri Business School Career Guidance

Career Guidance at RBS helps students discover their strengths, plan their learning, and make the right career choices. Through our Career Counselling Cell, we provide confidential and unbiased advice to guide students towards their goals. This service is open to all registered students. It helps those who are unsure about their career or study plans. It also guides in choosing electives, exploring career options, or deciding on higher studies. Students can get advice on selecting the right industry, handling family business challenges, seeking international placements, or becoming researchers or teachers. Their aim is to help students recognise students' talents and create a clear roadmap from where they are now to where they want to be. 

Rajagiri Business School Placement Report 2024

The Rajagiri Business School Placement Report 2024 shows the PGDM placement statistics for 2022 and 2023. In 2022, out of 159 students, 148 were placed, achieving a placement rate of 93% with a median package of INR 6 LPA. In 2023, out of 150 students, 130 were placed, resulting in a placement rate of 87% with a higher median package of INR 6.50 LPA.
