Quest Group of Institutions Placements Overview
Quest Group of Institutions, which is situated in Mohali, Punjab, has been busy striving to improve its placement ecosystem for the batch of 2025. Having a strategic position, close to major industrial centres, and a network of over 30 industry MoUs, the institution has taken a strategic position as a launchpad to students who are aspiring to professional careers.
Quest Group of Institutions has achieved a 100% placement rate, particularly for students of management and computer science studies. Students, however, have indicated in their review that the level of placement performance is very different among departments. Although MBA and B.Tech (CSE) students are recording higher rates of placements, mechanical and civil engineering students have reported lower rates, with only the best students getting offers.
In spite of these obstacles, Quest Group of Institutions still invests in its placement infrastructure and alumni network. The highest salary package offered in the last year was INR 96 LPA. QGI is also determined to enhance placement success by encouraging industry partnerships and student preparedness through internships and project-based learning.
The top companies like HP, Nestle, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Tech Mahindra, and Airtel visited the QGI Campus and offered various job opportunities to its students.

Campus recruitment plays a critical role among students aiming at getting jobs after their graduation. At Quest Group of Institutions, we strive to provide the best employment opportunities not only to our own students but also to the surrounding ones. The Training and Placement (TP) Cell keeps in touch with the companies throughout the year and ensures that the hiring process is efficient and easy for all parties involved.
Our speciality is assisting students in locating careers that they are interested in and that are aligned with their objectives. We fully support placements and cooperate with the Communication and Personality Development (CPD) Cell in ensuring that the students are prepared to work in the workplace. We do this by organising:

Grooming and personality classes on how to look professional.
We also conduct numerous workshops and seminars to develop job skills and make the students ready to attend interviews. With proper guidance and encouragement, we can assist students to come into the business world having the appropriate competence, self-confidence and favourable outlook.

Students should also be able to get the right information and exposure on career choices, and sometimes it can be difficult to decide the right career path. This is why we have designed our career counselling programs to help students find out that there are many job opportunities available and what skills they should have to be successful.
We provide career advice on the government sector, which assists students in knowing the positions of the government services and government administration. We offer personalised counselling in different sectors, such as Management, IT, Human Resources, Banking, Finance, Insurance, Healthcare, and FinTech.
To train students for the actual job interview, we have mock interviews and workshops where communication skills are enhanced. To those who aspire to own their own business, we also provide entrepreneurship and innovation training to gain confidence and knowledge of business.
We offer special counselling for women who want to join the armed forces so that they can see the challenges and where they could go. We conduct webinars and symposiums to invite experts in various fields to discuss job trends today and what is being sought by employers.
