The main goal of the CDC is not only to help students get placements but also to make them skilled and confident for their careers. The CDC works continuously to achieve these goals:
Build strong connections with companies to provide training and placement opportunities for students.
Work with industries to create partnerships that include workshops, seminars, guest lectures, special programs, internships for students and faculty development programs.
The CDC works under the guidance of the Chairman, Director (Management) and Principal. The Dean of CDC organises training programs for students, keeps records of their training and arranges activities to improve the skills, confidence and industry knowledge of students and faculty. The Dean also helps students get job offers and builds partnerships with companies through MoUs, internships and collaborations. Each department has a CDC coordinator who helps the Dean, maintains attendance, updates student information and supports training and recruitment activities.
