NMKRV College for Women Bangalore sets eligibility conditions for each course separately for the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes to be offered in the year 2026. Candidates seeking admission to BA, BSc, BCom, and BBA programmes must have cleared 10+2 or equivalent level of education through a recognised board. The college normally grants admission to these programmes based on the candidate's score in the qualifying examination. 

As for postgraduate programmes, the candidates should have obtained a bachelor's degree in the respective subject from a recognised university. Besides that, certain courses require specific subject and minimum marks levels. For example, candidates will be eligible for M.Sc Mathematics only if they have completed B.Sc with Mathematics as one of the main subjects and scored at least 50% in aggregate in all Mathematics subjects (45% for SC/ST and blind students).
