For B.Tech, candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from a recognised board and must qualify JEE Main, followed by JoSAA counselling.
For M.Tech, applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology in the relevant discipline with at least 60% marks (or 6.5 CGPA) and must have a valid GATE score.
