NIT Calicut Admission Eligibility Criteria
National Institute of Technology Calicut (NIT Calicut) offers various Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Doctoral programs with specific eligibility criteria for the 2025 academic session.
Students seeking admission to undergraduate programs like B.Tech and B.Arch must have completed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from a recognised board.​
Admission to B.Tech is based on JEE Main Paper 1 score, and for B.Arch, a valid JEE Main Paper 2 score is required.​
The admission process is conducted through JoSAA/CSAB centralised counselling.​
For postgraduate programs, students must hold a bachelor's degree in the relevant subject from a recognised university with the minimum percentage as required by the respective national-level counselling bodies.​
Courses like M.Tech and M.Plan require a valid GATE score, and admission is done through CCMT counselling.​
