The University has yet to upload the official placement records on the website, but students can understand the placement process through the points that have been given below:
The placement cell begins the placement process by communicating with different companies and HR departments & invites them for recruitment drives. They also provide students' data to all potential employers.
Next, all the students who are interested in participating in the placement process must register with the placement cell. Along with this, they must submit their resumes for review and shortlisting. 9
Companies that are invited by the college to participate in the placement drive organize pre-placement talks. In this, the companies talk about their culture, career paths, job roles, and growth opportunities in that domain.
Once the pre-placement talks are over, the companies begin the candidate’s shortlisting process through Aptitude tests, Group Discussions, Technical rounds, and HR interviews.
In the final step, students who successfully clear the selection process receive job offers from the recruiting companies.
Once the students receive the offer letter, they must accept or decline by formally responding to the company. This helps students to begin their onboarding process, which includes document submission and background verification.
However, students should keep in mind that if they accept the job offer and decline it later on, they will be blacklisted from future campus placements.
