NIFT Bhubaneswar is one of the best NIFT campuses in the country. It was established in 2010 at its temporary campus in Jatni, Odisha, but later shifted to a permanent campus near KIIT University on March 31, 2012, by the Union Textile Minister of India, Shri Anand Sharma, and the Chief Minister of Odisha, Shri Navin Patnaik, along with many dignitaries. NIFT Bhubaneshwar is one of the 18 campuses of NIFT by the Ministry of Textiles, India.

National Institute of Fashion Technology, Bhubaneswar, offers courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. For admission to various courses at NIFT Bhubaneswar, students must have to meet the minimum admission eligibility criteria.
Candidates who want to get admission into the B.Des Programs should have passed class 12th or equivalent from any recognised board. Candidates from any stream can apply for admission in the B.Des course at NIFT Bhubaneswar.
For admission in the Master of Fashion Management (MFM) course at NIFT Bhubaneswar, students must have either a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian university or a minimum three-year UG diploma from NIFT or NID.
