NDIIT Kalkaji Placement
NDIIT has a very good record in placements, and it is supported by its dedicated Corporate Resource & Placement Cell operating throughout the year to put students in touch with the most desirable recruiters and career opportunities. The placement cell develops and maintains good industry relations, and it makes students industry-ready with the help of a complete pre-placement training ecosystem. This involves aptitude and domain tests, company-level skill training, resume-building classes, mock interviews and personality development programs.
The PGDM course period also includes Summer Internships of 2 to 6 months, during which students are exposed to industrial experience in fields like BFSI, consulting, FMCG, E-Commerce, Manufacturing, and Analytics. High-achieving students at such internships are likely to get Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) that facilitate their move to full-time employment.
During the 2024 placement season, NDIIT has recorded a hundred per cent placement support. The highest international salary package offered was INR 22.80 LPA, and the domestic highest salary package was INR 10.20 LPA.
During the placement season 2024- 25, top recruiters include HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Reliance Industries, TCS, Google, Maruti Suzuki, IndusInd Bank, EY, Deloitte, and IndiGo, with other recruiter networks including developing sector organisations in Analytics, Fintech, and Digital Marketing.
The placement process at NDIIT is well defined and includes short-listing based on the academic records and results of lower-down ranking exams, domain-specific tests, group discussion, and finally, individual interviews. The placement cell constantly revises its course of training based on the industry response so that the skills of students are tailored to the changing requirements of the corporate world.
