NERIM Group of Institutions Admission Process
North Eastern Regional Institute of Management Group of Institutions offers various programs in the field of Management, Law, Social Science, and Science with multiple specialisations. The admission process has started, and students can fill out the form through the official website before the deadline of the process.
The admission process is based on previous qualification performance and an entrance examination for some prominent PG courses such as MBA, MCA, MA Education, PGDM and MSW. In addition to the written test, group discussions and personal interviews are conducted as the final stage of the selection process for eligible candidates.

The NERIM Group of Institutions is inviting candidates to apply for different undergraduate and postgraduate courses under different streams. NERIM Group of Institutions Eligibility Criteria
In order to get admission in the BBA course, students should have passed their Class 12 exam previously in the Arts, Science, or Commerce stream, respectively, of any recognised board. Candidates are required to attain a minimum of 50% marks, with students of the SC or ST category required to attain 45% marks. In the BCA program, the eligible candidates are those who have passed Class 12 in any stream, Arts, Commerce, or Science, and they should have also studied Mathematics as one of their subjects in Class 12. The student must have obtained at least a 45% total in the marks to be able to apply.
Students who want to join the B.Com course must pass Class 12 in any stream from AHSEC or an equivalent board approved by Gauhati University. Those applying for the integrated BA.LLB (Hons.) course must have completed their Higher Secondary (10+2) examination with at least 45% marks. SC/ST candidates get a 5% relaxation, while OBC students receive a 3% relaxation in marks.
To seek admission into the MBA program, a student must have a bachelor's degree from a recognised university and must have scored 50%. The minimum marks that SC/ST candidates are required to have are 45%. The requirement of admission into the Part-Time MBA course is that the applicant has obtained his/her bachelor's degree at Dibrugarh University or another university that is recognised. Moreover, they are expected to possess two years of working experience either in a government, a privately-owned or as self-employed persons. For the PGDM program, students should clear the MAT or CAT examination with a bachelor’s degree. MCA students require a bachelor’s degree in BCA or pass Class 12 with mathematics and a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST).
For LLB (Hons.), candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 45% marks and 5% relaxation for SC/ST students and 3% for those belonging to the OBC category. MSW students must have completed their graduation from a recognised university with a minimum of 45% marks. For SC, ST, and OBC candidates, 40% marks are acceptable.
To apply for the Master of Applied Psychology program, students need to have a Bachelor’s degree from a university approved by the UGC, with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST). While BA Psychology requires a Class 12 mark sheet with 45% marks and 5% relaxation for SC/ST.
For the MA in Education course, students must have a bachelor’s degree in Education with at least 45% marks, while those from reserved categories can apply with a minimum of 40% marks.
NERIM Group of Institutions UG Admission 2025
North Eastern Regional Institute of Management Group of Institutions offers BBA, BCom, BCA, BALLB, and BSW with multiple specialisations. The duration of these programs is 3 years to 4 years, while the Integrated BA.LLB program is a 5-year program. Admission to this program has started, and interested students can fill out the form through the official website. The charges for the application fee are INR 1000. The total fee range for the undergraduate program is INR 1,80,000-INR 3,50,000.
NERIM Group of Institutions BBA Admission 2025
The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program at NERIM Group of Institutions is a three-year, full-time course affiliated with Dibrugarh University, and is divided into six semesters. It is accessible to students who have finished their 10+2 in any discipline with at least 50% (45% for the SC/ST). Admission is merit-based on the basis of higher secondary examination results no separate entrance test. The curriculum also involves a Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) and aims at providing practical skills in business and professional knowledge. The duration of all PG programs is 2 to 3 years. The admission process of most of the programs is based on valid entrance examinations such as CAT, MAT, and NET(NERIM Entrance Test). After the entrance examination, selection is based on the group discussion and personal interview. Students can apply for the application form through the official website. NERIM Group of Institutions offers an MBA program in various specialisations such as Marketing, Human Resource, Financial Management, Small Business & Entrepreneurship Development, and System Management. The MBA program is available in full-time and part-time modes. The duration of the MBA program is 3 and 4 years, both full-time and part-time MBA.
