Students should have different eligibility for different admissions to different courses at the NGI. For admission to 4-year full-time undergraduate programs, applicants must have at least Class 12 from a recognised board with at least 50% aggregate marks in subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics for B.Tech or the relevant stream for Polytechnic. Admission to these courses is based on the score of national-level entrance exams, which include JEE Main or MHT CET.
For admission to the 2-year full-time postgraduate (PG) courses like MBA and M.Tech, students must have a relevant graduation degree with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks. They are also required to have a valid scorecard from national-level entrance exams such as CAT, MAT, CMAT, or XAT. Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Personal Interview (PI) and Group Discussion (GD) by the NGI for the final selection.
