Step 4: Complete all required fields in the form, upload the necessary documents and photograph.
Step 5: Click on ‘Update Profile’ to save your details and make sure not to press ‘Submit’ until all information is verified.
Step 6: Review your information, download/print the form for reference, and then click ‘Submit’; no edits can be made after submission.
