Mulshi Institute of Business Management provides courses under the Department of Management. Its flagship course is PGDM, which is offered in various specialisations, such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain and Operations Management, Business Analytics, Retail Management, and Health Care Management.  The students who are interested in these courses must score at least 50% of marks in their bachelor's and have a valid score of CAT/XAT/MAT with 70 percentile in CAT and 65 percentile in XAT.  

Students who are in their last year are also eligible to apply for the course, provided they complete all the requirements related to the degree before the given time frame.  The total tuition fee for the 2-year PGDM program is INR 10,60,000. Students are required to submit an amount of INR 10,000 as the caution money, which will be refunded. Mulshi Institute of Business Management also provides students with the option of paying the fees in instalments to make the mode of payment flexible. The placement fee of INR 47,200, which has to be paid within the duration of the course and alumni life membership of INR 11,800  will have to be incurred by the students. 

The total fees of pursuing PGDM from Mulshi Institute of Business Management, including tuition fees and other expenses, are INR 11,29,000. Availing the facility of the hostel and other living expenses costs around INR 1,48,000, which includes accommodation fees to be INR 80,000, mess fees to be INR 48,000, with an addition of caution fees of INR 20,000, which totals to INR 1,48,000.
