MLRSM offers a full-time two-year postgraduate diploma in management (PGDM) program for the academic year 2025-27. The program is sanctioned by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and provides three specialisations in specific domains: Banking, Insurance & Financial Services, Real Estate Management and Retail Management as well as Engineering Management. The program is designed in 6 semesters to train students with theory and skills applicable in the industry. 

PGDM in Banking, Insurance & Financial Services is career career-oriented course in finance, risk management, insurance and investment analysis careers. The Retail Management specialisation prepares students to work in the areas of client service, merchandise planning and sales strategy possibilities in the expanding retail market in India. Engineering Management under the PGDM combines the technical field with business acumen and readies its graduates to become managers within the manufacturing, operations and other technology-based organisations. The MLRSM tuition fee of INR 1,60,000 is charged as the total amount payable at the end of each year in two instalments of INR 80,000 each year. 

In year one, half is payable at the time of admission, and the other half before the third trimester examination and in year two, the fees are divided into two and paid on admission and before the sixth trimester examination. They, or other facilities such as hostel accommodation, can be provided as separate provisions, depending on the institute's provisions.
