1. Registration for Placement
Students who want to participate in campus placements must first fill out a placement form with their personal and academic details. This cell then reviews these forms to match students with suitable job roles.
2. Resume Submission and Shortlisting
Students are required to send their resumes to the Placement Cell. The resumes will be given to various companies. After checking, companies will select students with whom they wish to move forward for the next level of the recruitment procedure.
3. Pre Placement Talk (PPT)
Companies conduct a presentation for the students to introduce their organisation. At this time, they discuss the company profile, job roles, responsibilities, and other important points with the limited number of students. The students can also ask questions to get a clearer understanding of the job.
4. Interviews and Selection
Students who are shortlisted will be allowed to participate in the selection process organized by the companies. It may contain a written test, group discussion, or interview, depending on the company’s method of recruitment.
5. Job Offer and Acceptance
After the final round, selected students receive job offers through the Placement Cell. The offer explains the job role, salary work location, and other terms. Afterward, students make their decision whether to accept the offer and the Placement Cell communicates the company about their decision.
